1. You should prepare a 3 to 5 minutes video presentation.

2. You need to be in present in front of camera or any other creative methods of presentation (your face must be included in the screen). You may use multiple screens, one for the PowerPoint presentation and a smaller screen including you as the presenter. Suggestion on screen recording can be found at https://screencast-o-matic.com/ (Button).

3. Upload pre-recorded video in Youtube with the hashtag #CIRCO2020 (at the end of the presentation title) and submit the Youtube link in Virtual Presentation Form which will be sent with the Acceptance of Extended Abstract Letter.

4.  Your presentation should not be more than 5 minutes in length. The size of the video should be in 1920 x 1080 quality.

5. Your presentation video needs to be uploaded on YouTube and only the link needs to be submitted to the organizing committee.

​

6. Upon receiving the Acceptance of Extended Abstract Letter, there will be a link attached leading to another form to submit your presentation’s YouTube link.

​

7. All presentation could be in either English or Malay language.

​

8. Audio commentary and all information on the slides must be clearly presented.

​

9. No background music is allowed.
